3 Days-trip Paris and Disney

For many tourists and families on holiday in France, visiting Disneyland Paris is a must. The French Disney complex, although much smaller than in Orlando, has received an investment of millions of Euros in the last years, turned 25 years in 2018 and the number of visitors has grown about the previous years.

Can you make Paris and Disney in a few days? The answer is yes! One of the advantages of Disney Paris is being able to use a ticket for two parks on the same day, at an advantageous price.

Our 3 days Travel Itinerary in Paris and Disney

Day 1 Arrival, sightseeing, and dinner in the center of Paris. Check-in at the Hotel Vienna House Magic Circus Paris
Day 2 Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park and Disney Village
Day 3 Breakfast and swimming pool in the hotel, check-out at 11:00 and departure.

How to get there?

Disney Paris is in Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy, 30km from Paris. You can get there by train or by car.
Leaving the center of Paris, the RER A train journey lasts 35 min. The distance by car from the airports (Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly) is 1 hour.

Where to stay at Disney?

We stayed at the Vienna House Magic Circus Paris (4*), 2km away from the Disney complex in Marne-la-Vallee. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus every 15 min to Disney.

The hotel was newly renovated and had a nice indoor playground for kids.
The rooms are circus decorated, and the children’s bunk beds can be separated from the room by a curtain, and it has TV! I loved the amenities of L’Occitane!

The hotel has a pool, bar, and restaurant. The breakfast disappoints me a bit, but for this price – €8 adult, it was not so bad!

Where to stay in Paris?

The last time we were in Paris, we stayed at the Suite and Hôtel Helzear Champs-Elysées.
This hotel is well located, super comfortable suites equipped with kitchen, mini bar, Nuxx Amenities. Our 2-bedroom suite sleeps up to 6 people.

Hôtel Helzear does not offer breakfast; there is one Coffee Shop just near to the hotel and a supermarket as well.

Our detailed travel itinerary

Day 1 Paris

We arrived by train at Gare de Lyon station and went by metro to Charles de Gaulle Étoile station (near the Arc de Triomphe), the journey lasts 15min.
Stroll around the Arc, Avenue Champs Elysees and with bus 92 we went to the Eiffel Tower.

Walk through the grounds and gardens of the Tower, cross the Seine River and walk and pause for a coffee in the garden of the Musee Quai Branly.
We return by taxi to Charles da Gaulle station – Étoile to take the RER A train that goes to Marme la Vallé / Chessy.

Dinner in an Italian restaurant, Casa Luca and then we went up on the Rooftop of the Arc de Triomphe (€ 12 adult).
Note: this restaurant is not the best place to take the kids.

We walked almost the whole day through Paris (only me and my son) with all our luggage and a baby buggy!! For some places, we passed without problems, but some subway stations had to carry up the stairs!

At the Arc du Triumph we have all luggage with us, you can leave the baby buggy near the main entrance, but no packs or bags are allowed. That means I had to carry my son and tree bags stairs up 🙂
After that, I almost had no more power to enjoy the landscape and photograph =) But it was worth it; after all, we are not every week in Paris!
We still stare 35min by train to Disney Paris and check-in at 11 pm (!!)

Museum Quai Branly

In the evening, we dined at Disney Village; you can choose between Starbucks, Rainforest Cafe, Planet Hollywood, and more!

Hi outstanding website! Does running a blog similar to this take
a great deal of work? I have no understanding of computer
programming but I was hoping to start my own blog soon.
Anyhow, should you have any recommendations or tips for new blog owners please share.

I know this is off subject but I simply had to ask.

Hi! I think so, you need to spend some time to learn about editing photos, writing, and so on… But is worth it if you love about what is writing! I can say that invest your time on social media help to show your blog to world and try to find your niche, travels etc. Regards from Switzerland! Aline
