Let’s discover Europe’s biggest waterfall? In this post, the main attractions of the Rhine Falls, located on the border between Canton Zurich and Canton Schaffhausen, Switzerland. About one hour by train from Zurich, a day trip to Schaffhausen is worth it! Don’t miss seeing the Munot, and the Old town in Schaffhausen. We suggest as well combine your visit to the Rhine Falls to the Historic town Stein am Rhein, and the incredible Old Town’s medieval buildings. Rock boat tour 30 min yellow line no.1 (Felsenfahrt) costs Fr.20.-adult/ Fr.10.-children (6-16 years old).
Short boat tour 15 min redline no.4 (Kleine Rundfahrt) costs Fr.7.-adult/ Fr. 4.- children (6-16 years old).
Audioguide 30 min blue line no.5 costs Fr.11.-adult/ Fr.7.- children (6-16 years old).
From April to November, daily.

Arriving by train Northern river bank (Schlössli Wörth) SBB train station «Neuhausen Rheinfall» or DB train station «Neuhausen Bad. Bahnhof» plus walking (10 min.)
Southern river bank (Schloss Laufen) SBB train station «Schloss Laufen am Rheinfall»
